Republican and Conservative political analysis and commentary

Not even a candidate for any office, Al Gore keeps taking hits. But the critiques aren't coming from politicians, most of whom have actually applauded his success, but from scientists and climatologists. This weekend, Dr. William Gray, a world-renowned meteorologist and professor, had harsh words about Al Gore and his Inconvenient Truth:

We're brainwashing our children. They're going to the Gore movie and being fed all this. It's ridiculous. We'll look back on all of this in 10 or 15 years and realize how foolish it was. The human impact on the atmosphere is simply too small to have a major effect on global temperatures. It bothers me that my fellow scientists are not speaking out against something they know is wrong. But they also know that they'd never get any grants if they spoke out.
